There is no subscription to cancel.

Plans are prepaid for a fixed duration — one month, three months or one year — and they never renew automatically. We do not store a card for recurring billing, so there is no standing instruction to stop and no future charge to cancel.

Stopping a paid plan

Let the duration you paid for run out. When it ends, the account returns to the free tier, which allows three label crops per day, and no further amount is charged. You do not need to notify us to stop.

A payment you have just made

If you paid for a plan you do not want, write to support within seven days of the payment from the email address on the account. Where the plan has not been used for label crops, the Refund Policy applies.

Closing an account

Email support from the address you sign in with and ask for the account to be closed. We delete the account, its registered devices and its active sessions. Payment records are kept only for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and nothing in them is used for marketing.

Removing one device

An account supports up to two personal devices. Open Account → Registered devices → Revoke to remove one. Closing the browser or clearing cookies does not remove a device record; revoking it does.

What happens to processing

Uploaded PDFs are processed in temporary server memory, and generated download links expire after thirty minutes. There is no permanent file store to clean up when an account is closed.
