PDFCropKaro is an online software service for Indian marketplace sellers. Every plan — including the free tier — is delivered digitally. We do not sell, pack or courier any physical goods, so there is no parcel and no delivery address.

What you receive

Buying a plan adds time to your existing PDFCropKaro account. You sign in with Google or an emailed one-time code, and the plan becomes available in the same workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is posted to you.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping, delivery or handling charges of any kind. The price published on Pricing is the full amount for the duration you select, and nothing is added at checkout for delivery.

Delivery time

Access is active as soon as the payment reaches us, which is normally within a minute of a successful checkout. If a paid plan is not visible in your account after a confirmed payment, write to support with the payment reference and we will activate or repair it.

Service availability

Because the product is software, delivery also depends on the service being up. Current service state is published on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced there.
