Private, temporary PDF processing.

PDFCropKaro processes marketplace crop requests on the server so the crop implementation is not shipped in the public page bundle. The original upload is discarded after processing.

Temporary output

Generated PDFs and ZIP files are held in short-lived server memory behind a random download token. The link expires after 30 minutes and the temporary output is removed by the cleanup process. Downloaded copies on your own device are not affected.

Accounts and devices

One seller account is intended for one seller. Google or Email OTP verification is used instead of storing passwords. A paid account can have up to two personal devices. New device logins can trigger a security alert, and devices can be revoked from the account page.

Payments

Paid plans are fixed-duration access: ₹199 for one month, ₹399 for three months and ₹1299 for one year. Razorpay processes payment details; PDF contents are never sent to the billing database.

Other tools

Some non-crop tools remain browser-first where practical. Local settings are stored only when you choose “Save setup”.

Operational data

We may retain account, device, payment and usage metadata needed to provide the service, prevent abuse and handle support. We do not keep uploaded PDF contents as a permanent file record.

Hosting providers may record routine request metadata such as IP address and requested URL. No advertising scripts are included in the current workspace.
