Simple terms for useful tools.

PDFCropKaro provides PDF and marketplace-label tools for sellers. Use documents you own or are authorised to process, and check the downloaded output before printing a dispatch.

Plans and payments

Free access is subject to the published fair-use limits. Pro access is sold for fixed durations: one month, three months or one year. Plans do not renew automatically. Razorpay payment confirmation is required before paid entitlements are activated.

One seller, one account

Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred. A seller may use up to two personal devices. We may require verification or suspend access when an account is used as a shared service or shows automated abuse.

Files and output

Crop uploads are processed temporarily on the server. Generated download links expire after 30 minutes. Keep the original file until you have verified the crop, barcode, address, invoice and print size.

Marketplace formats

Seller templates can change. Meesho, Flipkart and other marketplace presets are tested against known layouts, but a different source format may need manual crop adjustment. PDFCropKaro is not responsible for a dispatch error caused by an unchecked output.

Support and refunds

Contact support with your account email and payment ID when needed. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Never send a PDF containing customer data in a public support channel unless requested through a secure support process.
